At 12dot8, we executed a full-spectrum digital transformation for Sirens Aquatic Sports Club, encompassing UI/UX design, front-end and back-end development, and systems integration. We developed a custom booking management system with real-time scheduling and user authentication, streamlining facility and class reservations for members. Additionally, we implemented a secure, integrated e-commerce module to support online merchandise sales, complete with inventory management. The rebranding initiative covered visual identity design, asset development, and digital brand consistency across platforms.
